Low power X-ray beam delivery systems are becoming a standard in X-ray instrumentation applications as they provide high useful flux in an eco-friendly package for a low cost of ownership. The GeniX3D is a further step in terms of performance, ease of use and integration. It maintains the tradition of the GeniX platform with high reliability and beam stability and comes with a standard 3 year warranty.

The new platform incorporates a higher brightness X-ray source with the new FOX 3D multilayer optics for improved photon density. The unique single reflection optical concept provides the highest useful flux for given X-ray beam properties (divergence, spot size).

The GeniX3D uses prealigned optics to simplify the system alignment and integration as much as possible. It provides a mechanically referenced X-ray beam for easy integration into all type of diffractometers. GeniX3D comes with an intuitive control and command unit which maintains a high source lifetime and is easily operated by non-expert-users.

With its high level of performance, the GeniX3D is narrowing the gap with modern rotating anode generators while remaining a low maintenance system. It is available in different X-ray beam radiations and geometries for various research and metrology applications such as single crystal diffraction, small angle x-ray scattering, stress measurements or semiconductor thin film metrology.

The GeniX 3D Cu HF X-ray beam delivery system integrates a higher brightness micro-focus source with the latest FOX3D single reflection multilayer optics. The new source-optic design provides a higher flux and photon density compared to other low power beam delivery systems having equivalent beam properties (spot size, divergence).

The advanced focusing properties and high flux density of the GeniX 3D Cu HF enables users to improve data quality and to accelerate the measurements in challenging applications such as small and weakly diffracting crystal analysis.

The GeniX 3D Mo HF X-ray beam delivery system combines a high brightness micro-focus source with the latest FOX3D aspheric multilayer optics, thus achieving a uniform small focal spot with a high useful flux.

The use of unique single reflection multilayer optics leads to a flux improvement compared to other two-bounce multilayer optics and a much higher photon density compared to systems using graphite monochromators.

GeniX 3D Cr Micro Spot is made of a high brilliance microfocus source coupled to latest FOX 3D single reflection multilayer optics used in a demagnification configuration to achieve a very small spot at the sample with high photon density.

The GeniX 3D Cr Micro Spot uses a fully evacuated beam path with minimized absorption and has a system output to focus distance of few centimeters for sufficient sample clearance.

GeniX 3D Cu Low Divergence can advantageously replace traditional sealed tube system by providing a clear improvement for a number of applications in which a high flux/low divergence combination is required such as SAXS or High Resolution applications.
