Registration is now open for the 2026 SENTECH Plasma Process Seminar.
This year’s event takes place on the 6th and 7th of May at the SENTECH Instruments Berlin-Adlershof campus, and features a new hands-on practical workshop.
The seminar features expert speakers from research and industry who will share research and insights of the latest developments and real-world applications in semiconductor technology. During the workshop attendees will take a deep dive into plasma processing, including live demonstrations and practical hands on sessions featuring recipe editing, endpoint detection and data analysis.
Included will be a tour of the SENTECH labs and production facilities plus a nice networking dinner in central Berlin on the evening of May 6th.
The cost of the event is €300 a head for the seminar and dinner plus an additional €300 for those participating in the workshop.
