Mi-Net has just returned from the SENTECH European distributor meeting in Munich Germany which took place during the SEMICON Europa conference at Messe Munchen.
Our sales director Mark Shropshall attended the meeting to take part in presentations about plasma processing and thin film metrology and to learn about experiences from our colleagues throughout Europe. As is always the case with SENTECH, a fun and productive time was had by all with a healthy dose of high end knowledge and good German food combined!
One topic as illustrated over our team photo was the application of ICP RIE technology in the new generation of high-power devices (β-Ga2O3 layers in FinFET transistors) and piezo-MEMS (structures with a ScAIN layer).
